About the Fabric:
- All fabrics sold are First Quality
- Important: Please examine material carefully for color, quality, and yardage. No claims will be allowed after material has been cut.
- Can't find a fabric? We will happily assist you in trying to find a fabric, even if you don't see it on our website. With one of the largest inventories in the country, it is likely that even if you don't see a particular fabric listed, we can find it and order it for you.
- Please be aware that every monitor displays colors differently. If you are unsure, please order a sample.
- FabricCopia does not guarantee dye lot unless a CFA (Cutting for approval) is secured.

Measure before Cutting
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. We do understand that there may be a situation in which you need to return an item.
Cut fabric is considered a custom ordered product. We will do our best to assist any customer who is unhappy with their purchase to either return or exchange for a refund or store credit. Please keep in mind that most fabric suppliers have very stringent return guidelines and do not accept returns of anything less than 10 yards.
We will always accept returns due to manufacturer defects or shipping damage. Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
Refunds are available on all fabric purchases of 10 yards or more, less the applicable restocking charge, with the exception of the conditions listed below. Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment date.

- All returned items must be in original, unflawed condition, unmarked and uncut by the purchaser, and must be received within 30 days of original ship date.
- All Robert Allen, Robert Allen @ Home and Beacon Hill Fabric, and Trim are not returnable.
- All fabric sample orders are not returnable.
- Freight costs are not refundable.
- If it is determined that your item is returnable, you will receive a refund of your order less the applicable restocking charge.
We charge a flat, $15.00 shipping charge for destinations within the contiguous United States.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email within 1 business day providing you with an estimated shipping date. This is only an estimate, as many of our fabrics are shipped from overseas.
We will notify you via email and provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
It is important to inspect each item immediately upon delivery. All damage, scratches, chips, tears or soil must be reported to us within 24 hours.
- UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes or military APO or FPO addresses. Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends unless special arrangements are made and additional charges are applied.
- For overnight, 2-day, or other shipping methods, please call or e-mail us for exact shipping dates.
- International destinations as well as Alaska and Hawaii will ship via U.S.P.S.
- International orders require a $50.00 retainer fee. Once we calculate the exact shipping charges, we will contact you to make payment arrangements on the remaining balance.
While we make every effort to accurately represent the product design color and pattern size, please be aware that the characteristics you see may actually be different due to variations in computer monitors. We highly recommend that you order a sample cut to make sure the designer fabric is the right choice for your project.
Please keep in mind that if the fabric you select has a large repeat, it is advised to purchase one full yard as a sample so that the entire repeat is shown.
- Sample sizes vary depending on the fabric pattern. For example, solid patterns are approximately a 4"" by 5" piece and pattern fabrics may be slightly larger to encompass the complete design and to provide an example of the fabric repeat.
- Some samples may be unavailable due to stock availability.
- The “Order Sample” button can be found once you select and enlarge a product.
- All fabric sample orders are non returnable.
Dye Lot Variation: Dye lot can vary from time to time, so if your project requires a close color match, a cutting for approval is recommended. While variances may still occur within industry standards, this due diligence will afford you the best possible match.
- A CFA (cutting for approval) is a small piece of fabric from the actual dye lot that you will be receiving. This piece serves as a confirmation of pattern and color.
- CFA reserves are guaranteed for 7 days
- Once you have approved the CFA, your fabric will be shipped.
- We require the following information for CFA requests: Fabric number & Amount of yardage needed.
