One of the following credentials is required to open a Trade Account:

  • Current business or state professional license, in a design or contract-based business.
  • Proof of current AIA or IDI provincial registration
  • Proof of current ASID membership
  • Interior design certification (e.g. NCID, CCIDC)
  • W9, Federal ID form, or official document showing EIN number
  • Resale or Sales Tax Certificate ( required to be tax exempt)

Plus, both of the following items:

  • Business card or letter on business letterhead

Can you tell me about your exclusive to-the-trade program?

Our "To the Trade" program gives designers and contractors the ability to receive exclusive, individual pricing tiers on fabric, trims and wall coverings purchases.

How do I sign up to access "To the Trade" individual pricing?

Firstly, register for an account here. Account holders will then need to upload their sales tax certificate through the account details page, or alternatively we can accept a faxed copy of the certificate at 1.888.722.2137.

Where can I find my individualized pricing?

Once you log in to your "To the Trade" account your individualized pricing will be displayed on all of the products that you search.

How can I check stock on your fabrics, trims and wall coverings?

If your project timeline is of concern, we encourage you to check stock with us before placing your order, as some products may have to be shipped from Europe or have longer lead times. Please call toll free 800.742.9549, Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. EST or you can chat live with a customer service representative.

Can I check stock on your fabrics and wall coverings on the website?

Not at this time.

Can I check the status of my order on the website?

Yes, signed in users can check order status from the "Your Account" page that allows you to check the status of your order, tracking information and order history 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Contact Customer Service at 800.742.9549 or orders at fabriccopia dot com for further assistance.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, Credit card and PayPal payments can be made safely and securely online or by contacting Customer Service at 800.742.9549.

More products and images are being added weekly and sometimes daily, so please check back often. What if I can't find what I'm looking for, do you have access to other designers?

Yes, we have relationships with many of the world's top designers and manufacturers. Chances are, even if we don't have something on our website, we can most likely procure it for you.

Do you offer product research assistance?

Do you provide custom design services?

Yes, we do provide custom design services for fabrics and wall coverings not available in our regular line. In addition, new designs or historic reproductions of printed and woven fabrics and hand printed wall coverings can be produced on a special order basis. Contact our Contract Department at 800.742.9549 ext 1020 for additional information. Quantity minimums may apply.

How do I submit a claim for damaged and/or defective product?

All claims should be submitted in writing with a detailed explanation of the problem. If possible, please send a sample or photograph of the fabric and/or wall coverings in question. Always include your order number, account name, reference/order number, contact name and telephone number.

How does your sample memo reimbursement program work?

For all active, to the trade accounts clients, we will credit your account for the money spent, on all sample memo orders. The credit can be used on future full yardage orders.
